Thanks to the use of modern CNC lathes (Lathe V4 Machine) , we have achieved near-perfect mounting surface flatness – deviation is less than 0.2 mm (Flatness: Less than 0.2 mm).


On the rim surface, you'll notice precise, regular tool marks spaced at 0.97 mm intervals. This material engineering ensures perfect, rigid adhesion of the rim to the hub, increased rolling stability, and a drastic reduction in vibration transmitted to the steering system.


Three-stage corrosion protection

We understand how aggressive environments (moisture, road salt, and car wash chemicals) can damage steel components. Therefore, before each Royal Wheels wheel is formed, the steel plates undergo a specialized pickling passivation process. This crucial step completely removes acid residue from weld seams and blocks contact between the metal and air, eliminating the risk of premature corrosion.

Another element of protection is the application of a three-layer powder coating ( Three Layer Coating Protection ), which in rigorous 3M tape tests significantly exceeds the parameters of standard spray painting.


Additionally, to ensure complete safety and precision measurements in your fleet, Royal Wheels are factory-equipped with dedicated, nickel-plated valves . Their increased hardness and resistance to oxidation and extreme temperatures guarantee a stable seal.
