ZF [pro]Service, a new concept addressed to workshops servicing commercial vehicles

ZF Aftermarket

In September 2023, ZF Aftermarket began implementing an innovative project aimed at professional workshops servicing trucks, trailers, semi-trailers and buses.

To partner with this project, workshops can register for free on the ZF [pro] Service website. Participants of this innovative solution will receive a wide range of benefits, technical support and access to special training programs, which is the result of the merger of two leading companies providing solutions and technologies for commercial vehicles: ZF and WABCO .

ZF is a global leader that provides technology solutions and services designed to improve safety, efficiency and communication in trucks. For many years, the most important global brands of truck, bus and trailer manufacturers have been based on the unique technologies of ZF and the WABCO brand, which is part of this concern. These technologies include advanced driver assistance systems, braking, steering and stability control systems. In the meantime, the growing importance of the commercial vehicle segment in the spare parts market prompts the development of new solutions for the operation and servicing of these vehicles. ZF Aftermarket responds to these needs of independent workshops servicing commercial vehicles by creating a special, dedicated workshop concept.

ZF [pro]Service combines existing programs such as ZF [pro]Tech (for commercial vehicles) and WABCO Service Partner into one comprehensive program, covering the product range of all ZF Aftermarket brands:LEMFÖRDER , SACHS , TRW, WABCO and ZF. In this way, the company transfers its extensive experience and technological knowledge as a leading supplier of spare parts, technologies and service services for trucks, trailers, semi-trailers and buses. The main goal of the company is to support its clients and provide workshop partners with access to the latest market knowledge and professional development. The introduction of this new concept is an important step in achieving this mission, enabling car repair shops to better prepare for the challenges of working in the growing commercial vehicle market and expand their scope of service services.

Benefits for ZF [pro]Service partners.

The most important benefits of membership in ZF [pro]Service include activities in the field of training and development of competences of workshop employees. Partners also receive business support
and marketing - through visits by company managers, providing access to professional technical knowledge via the portal, hotline and service desk, as well as inclusion in a dedicated Partner search engine, branding of workshops, regional conferences for concept members and promotion of workshops among fleets. Partners can also count on certification confirmed by an audit, indicating excellent employee training and the highest quality of services provided in the workshop.

Access to professional know-how.

Workshops within the concept will have the opportunity to choose the type of partnership and specialization through individual modules that can be combined: ZF Driveline Partner or WABCO Partner
and 3 types of vehicles – trucks, buses and semi-trailers. This will allow you to precisely determine the scope of appropriate technical support for a given workshop.
