For the second time, the EXIDE brand invited the employees of the AUTOS branch to take part in the EXIDE Academy, the main purpose of which was to acquire technical knowledge ensuring, above all, better quality of customer service and the possibility of providing substantive advice on batteries.
The intensive day began with a visit to the Exide production plant in Poznań, where each participant had the opportunity to see the production process of world-class batteries "from behind the scenes".
After the theoretical part, which dealt with, among others, extremely important issues regarding modern requirements and trends in battery production technology, it was time for summaries, exchange of experiences and entertainment on the track in Bednary near Poznań. There, thanks to Sobiesław Zasada Centrum, the participants of the meeting could improve their driving technique and test their skills in various situations that may happen on the road. One of them was to simulate an accident and provide first aid, which, as it turned out, is not so easy in a stressful situation.
