Golf and Innovation at the Mahle Factory – Exclusive Visit

On September 18 this year, a group of Autos customers, together with their Sales Department advisors, took part in a trip to the Mahle factory in Krotoszyn.

This unique event, which is part of a strategy to build relationships with key partners, allowed participants to become more familiar with the modern production processes and advanced technologies that make Mahle one of the leaders in the automotive industry.

The Mahle factory, known for producing the highest quality automotive components such as pistons, cooling systems and filters, opened its doors to Autos customers, offering them a unique opportunity to look into production processes that are normally inaccessible to outsiders. During the visit, guests had the opportunity to see the work of modern production lines and learn about the innovative solutions that Mahle introduces to meet the growing demands of the automotive industry. Mr. Maciej Hadryś - a long-time employee of MAHLE and above all a 100% industry professional, together with the support of other production experts, accompanied the guests from Autos, describing in detail each stage of production, not omitting quality control processes and technologies that allow for minimizing the impact of production on the environment. After an exciting tour of the factory, the group of participants went to the Palace in Brzeźno, where they were treated to a golf lesson at the exclusive Golf Academy located on the grounds of the palace complex. Golf, although often associated with an elite sport, turned out to be an excellent integration activity that surprised many participants. Under the watchful eye of experienced trainers, the group had the opportunity not only to learn the rules of the game, but also to try their hand at a professional golf course. Instructors introduced the participants to the secrets of stroke techniques in an accessible way - from the correct positioning of the body, through the correct grip of the club, to precise aiming and hitting the ball. Playing golf became not only great fun, but also an unexpected competition. Several participants, who had contact with the sport for the first time, surprised the others with precise strokes and natural talent. Divided into smaller groups, the guests competed with each other in a mini-tournament, trying to achieve the best results on the green. The top three were awarded vouchers to the palace’s shop with accessories for golf fans.

After the competition, a ceremonial dinner awaited the guests in the interior of the palace. Exquisite dishes prepared by experienced chefs delighted all the guests. Dinner until late in the evening became an opportunity to exchange memories of the past day as well as a moment for informal conversations and exchange of experiences.

The entire event was a perfect combination of education, relaxation and entertainment. A visit to the Mahle factory allowed Autos customers to understand how advanced production processes stand behind the quality of automotive parts they use every day, and dinner at the Palace in Brzeźno and a golf lesson provided a moment of relaxation and integration in a unique setting.

This type of initiative only confirms how important it is for Autos to build long-term relationships with customers, and at the same time shows that business can be combined with pleasure. The event will certainly remain in the participants' memories for a long time as an example of successful cooperation and unforgettable experiences.
