In Gdynia and Nowy Staw, our employees took an active part in St. Nicholas' Day convoys of trucks.
A colorful convoy of Santas in trucks drove through the streets of Gdynia. The event was attended by 70 trucks, colorfully lit and loudly honking, bringing the greatest joy to the youngest inhabitants of the city. In the parking lot of the shopping center, where the convoy started and finished, numerous competitions were held for the prettiest truck, the best Christmas decoration for the truck, auctions of items and collection of gifts for the Hospice of St. Lawrence in Gdynia.
Last Saturday, another Christmas convoy drove through the streets of Nowy Staw, led by Santa Clauses on motorbikes. Numerous residents of the city and the surrounding area also welcomed the trucks, which, accompanied by horns and lights, entered the city square. In addition to meeting the long-awaited guest - St. Nicholas, the event was accompanied by numerous artistic performances, the St. Santa and Santa's zumba. And all this to support children from the Orphanage.
Both events took place in a very joyful Christmas atmosphere and the generosity of donors exceeded the organizers' expectations. We hope that Santa's Convoys will permanently appear in the event calendars.
