After a three-year break caused by the pandemic, the largest truck industry fair - Autos Truck Day - has returned to the calendar of industry events. During one very intense day, guests had the opportunity to visit over 60 exhibitors' stands, take advantage of specially prepared attractions and have fun during evening concerts.
ATD 2022 is primarily a presentation of new products introduced for sale in the Autos network. In total, the fair space was filled with nearly 60 stands, including manufacturers of workshop equipment and spare parts. A novelty was the assortment for vans and buses - a new range of products offered from this year by Autos. There were also expert panels. The topic of ecology in enterprises, workshop novelties and the issue of electromobility, green zones in cities and the future of transport were discussed. Reports from very interesting panels are still available to watch on the Autos profile on Facebook. The guests of the fair could personally learn and listen to the stories of the European rally champions in the T4 category, #KamenaRallyTeam, whom Autos supports in the field of workshop equipment during rallies. Five unique POLARIS vehicles were at your fingertips. Despite the fact that the ATD takes place in a one-day formula, many exhibitors have opted for large, individual stands, up to 100 m2, designed especially for this event. There were also demonstration vehicles such as Infomobil BPW, Hengst Box, MTC Schaeffler and Goodyear. Such involvement of exhibitors gives us a clear signal to the organizers that this event is worth the effort and worth being noticed. It is a big compliment for us, and for our clients an additional value and thanks for cooperation.
Despite the hot weather, the guests had a good time, and there were many attractions waiting for them on site. In addition to those purely entertaining, such as the Noxy chill zone, simulators, and for lovers of classic motoring of a smaller caliber, there is an exhibition of American cars from the mid-20th century captivating with a huge amount of chrome. At Autos Truck Day you could meet many great figures from the automotive world. Adam Klimek, who has been visiting ATD periodically for several years, always meets with great interest from our guests. As the most famous Polish mechanic, he is often asked about many issues related to the automotive industry.
Autos customers, as always, waited in suspense for the results of the Loteriada competition, in which prizes could be won. Many people also had fun outside, where you could relax a bit and drink a refreshing lemonade. At 17:00 the fair part was closed and the guests moved to the banquet. In addition to good food and cool drinks, there was also good music and other attractions. This year, two concerts awaited the guests of Autos Truck Day. The band #Roan, which debuted 30 years ago during the cult festival in Jarocin, was the first to perform with a strong rock sound, and later their songs resounded on the festival stages in Opole and Sopot.
During ATD, they warmed up the audience before the long-awaited musical surprise - a multi-instrumentalist, composer and songwriter, multiple Fryderyk award winner, winner of one of the first Polish talent shows, currently the hottest name on the Polish music scene - the star of the "Męskie Granie" concert series, appeared on the stage.
The event was hosted by #AleksandraKutz, who has been cooperating with Autos for many years, and #KamilBaleja, a radio and TV journalist making her debut as the host of Autos Truck Day.
