To ensure the highest level of technical advice for our transportation sector clients, we organized an extensive series of product training sessions for our truck parts sales department. The sessions were conducted by experienced technical staff from Banner, JOST, MAHLE, Schaeffler, and Goodyear, guaranteeing access to the latest industry knowledge and practical solutions used in truck applications.
The training covered key commercial vehicle systems, including clutch, engine, transmission, bearing systems, axles, and trailers, as well as emission management systems. The training also covered the principles of proper truck battery selection, the importance of proper filtration, and common installation errors that impact component durability.
Participants honed their skills in using online catalogs, including searching for parts by OE and VIN numbers, analyzing compatibility, and selecting repair kits. Efficient use of catalog tools is crucial for minimizing vehicle downtime and quickly servicing service centers and fleets.
Training was expanded to include the use of technical literature, assembly instructions, and service guides, which support accurate diagnostics and proper component operation. A key element was also a discussion of transparent complaint procedures, with particular emphasis on documentation, parts security, and the most common reasons for warranty rejection.
The whole was complemented by a look at the future of the transport industry, covering the growing role of electronics, telematics, emission systems, as well as new directions of development of technologies used in trucks and trailers.
Thanks to training conducted by specialists from Banner, JOST, MAHLE, Schaeffler and Goodyear, our sales department has gained the practical knowledge needed to support customers even more effectively in the selection of parts, technical advice and optimization of truck operation.
