The regeneration process taking place in Bosch certified plantsIt is worth knowing that factory remanufacturing of parts is not the same as repairing parts in a workshop! When you buy a product marked with the BX symbol, i.e. Bosch eXchange, you can be sure that it was prepared in certified Bosch plants with the same specifications and technology as in the production of brand new equivalents. Parts subject to factory remanufacturing are not mechanically loaded (for example, starter and alternator housings) or their construction is designed with an appropriate strength reserve (injector body, brake caliper). Thanks to this, the reuse of cores is completely safe and ensures proper functioning for a long time.
At every stage of the process, Bosch ensures product safety and quality:
1. Returned used parts are received and sorted to select cores for the next step.
2. After disassembly, the cores are thoroughly cleaned in a specialist facility and checked for quality and wear.
3. Factory remanufacturing includes a meticulous inspection of each element, and consumable components are systematically replaced.
4. The elements are then assembled into a new whole.
5. Reconditioned products undergo a series of tests and inspections, the same as new products!
6. After passing the quality control, the products are packed in packaging with the characteristic yellow "Bosch eXchange" marking, which confirms Bosch quality.
7. The product is ready to be installed in the car.
The Bosch eXchange program includes a wide range of partially factory-remanufactured products.
