The Wrocław branch of Autos has been on the market for nearly 12 years.


A lot has changed during this time. A lot has happened in the past year and a half. Moving, new management. These changes are to show customers that Autos is a good partner to work with. We invite you to read a short interview with Sebastian Kubiak, who has been building a new image of the company in the region for almost a year and successfully manages the Wrocław branch of the Autos chain .


Editors : Sebastian, the reason for our conversation is a number of changes that have recently happened here. You have been in Wrocław for almost a year, but your adventure with the Autos network has been going on for some time. Earlier, you had the opportunity to gain experience working in Kalisz. Are these markets very different from each other?


Sebastian Kubiak: They don't differ at all. Customer needs are the same everywhere. What he cares about most is the high quality of service, a qualified and competent advisor in the store and what is most important in our case, i.e. the constant availability of parts, as it is commonly said, "on the spot". Anyone who wants to repair a car - regardless of whether we are dealing with a workshop or a transport company, cares about time. Therefore, our priority is the best possible stocking, which will allow our customers to make quick repairs.


R: So what does it mean for you to run the Autos branch?


SK : I treat this job and managing the branch primarily as a challenge. It focuses on improving the operation of the branch, improving the quality of service and, above all, the availability of goods. I can honestly say that everything is going well. The changes are visible not only inside but also outside. Since July 2014, we have been in a new building, and since last year, as part of refreshing the visual identification of Autos stores, we have been better visible thanks to the light advertising with the company's logo. Everyday life in this job is certainly not boring. Each client has their own needs and expects us - me and my team - to react quickly. I have been the manager of the branch in Wrocław for less than a year, I am constantly getting to know local customers and I try to make us a reliable and reliable business partner for them.


R: So what do you do to meet the needs of customers?


SK: First of all, we try to read their needs well. Proper communication and mutual understanding are, in my opinion, the key to success. Customers today know very well what they want, and above all, they want to settle their case efficiently and quickly. We try to do everything we can to help them. This is what builds loyalty and long-term cooperation.


R: In your opinion, has there been a change in the purchasing behavior of customers, an increase in awareness?


SK : Definitely yes. A large percentage is shopping on the phone. The customer calls us and orders what he needs, thus saving time. We arrange a delivery and deliver the parts to the door. This is a fast and much-anticipated form of order fulfillment, which does not require the customer to come to the store, stand in line, wait for goods to be picked up, etc. We practice it successfully. We are creating new routes all the time. Two of our cars leave every morning. One goes towards Oleśnica and Milicz, the other goes towards Pietrzykowice, but as I mentioned, we are constantly working on expanding the routes and thus reaching as many customers as possible.


R: What is the atmosphere among the employees in the branch?


SK: Very positive. We work in a team of several people, so it is easier for us to establish direct contact with everyone, we are harmonious and reliable. Good relations and communication between us are definitely conducive to work. Customers feel it too. I am convinced that the longer we work together, the better it will be. We are always looking for volunteers to join our team.


R: A few months ago you organized an integration meeting for your clients. How did they like it?


SK : The pretext for organizing the meeting was supposed to be a move, which has been a little more than a few months. However, after many hardships, we managed to organize such a meeting. The clients were invited along with their accompanying persons, and the meeting itself was very pleasant. First dinner, then evening attractions and of course dancing. It was a great opportunity to break the ice, which is very important in everyday work. In addition, thanks to such meetings, relations with clients take on a slightly different dimension. This event and all the attractions are still remembered with a smile. This is definitely not the last such meeting.


R: How would you sum up the last year?


SK: It's definitely been a year full of challenges and hard work. We all work for the satisfaction of our customers and the good name of the company. Sometimes it takes a lot of sacrifices on our part, but if we manage to achieve the intended goal, we tell ourselves every day that it's worth it.
