On Sunday, May 22, together with representatives of the Hengst and Schaeffler brands, we had the opportunity to support, among others, Tomasz Kuchar during the second round of the Polish Rallycross Championship on the track in Toruń. There was no shortage of emotions!
On the track in Toruń, during the second round of the Polish Rallycross Championship, competitions were held, among others. in the SuperCars PRX and SuperNationals PRX categories. In addition, during that day, the facility also hosted competitions in the Polish Cup series, the Oponeo Cup and the District Championships. As part of the trivia - the youngest participant was 14 years old, raced a Fiat Saicento and came from Solec Kujawski. The roar of engines, the smell of burning tires, crashes and surprising twists and turns. All this accompanied the fans during the whole day of qualifying and suspenseful finals. The last round was exceptionally exciting, in which Tomasz Kuchar reached the finish line as third, but one of the competitors raised a protest against him and thus Kuchar dropped out of the fight for the podium in his favor. The tide turned, however, and as a result of the failure of his car, Tomek Kuchar, completely unexpectedly for the fans, jumped into the final and finished it with the third result.
