We play for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity and collect iconic vehicles

The 25th final of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity was another opportunity to bid on unique items, and thus invariably an opportunity to help others. Autos has been participating in auctions organized for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity for years and it could not have been otherwise during the 25th final. For several years, the items consistently auctioned by our company are closely related to the automotive theme.

The collections so far can be safely called a collection. We have a Fiat 125p in it, which in the film "Gods" starred as the car of prof. Religion, there is a Chopper built by students of the Bialystok University of Technology, there is also a good old baby decorated with graphics of the 23rd Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity after the purchase, and a Komar motor-bike. During the 25th edition of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, an ambulance joined this group. The Polonez Cargo Van Plus ambulance from 1999 is a real gem. The main function of the vehicle in the event of an accident was to transport employees of the Kujawy cement plant, and later the Małogoszcz cement plant, which is part of the LafargeHolcin group, but due to their small number, the odometer shows just over 11,000 kilometers driven. The ambulance has not been used for several years and that is why its previous owner decided to donate it to the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity auction. The car, despite its age, is in perfect condition, fully functional and fully equipped.

Another year and another edition of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity in 2018, we decided to sell it by enriching the online auction and thus funding the charity account for sick newborns and premature babies. We are not indifferent to the fate of sick children, which is why we followed the auction with great commitment, expecting the highest possible amount at the end of the auction. Despite many bids, the last hours of the auction revealed the winner, which was the PPM SA Group from the industrial sector in Wrocław. Last week we finalized the auction by hosting representatives of the winning company who visited our headquarters in Solec Kujawski and collected the Polonez. After a conversation in a nice atmosphere, it was time to hand over the ambulance, which, accompanied by the sounds of the rooster, drove off to the south of Poland.

Thank you to all auction participants and congratulations to the winner!
