We expect candidates to

higher education,
experience in supporting, monitoring and documenting projects
at least one year of experience in a similar position
ability to show initiative,
analytical thinking skills, effective expression of thoughts in writing,
teamwork skills,
ability to work under time pressure,
independence, responsibility, communication skills,
practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools,

The main tasks of the post holder will include

cooperation with the Leaders of selected projects,
current update of information about projects,
participation in meetings regarding assigned projects, taking minutes and taking notes from meetings,
reporting project progress using modern IT tools,
ensuring the completeness of design documentation,
collecting and documenting business requirements and processes for assigned projects,
ensuring the proper flow of information between relevant organizational units of the company,
building a base of knowledge, experience and good project management practices,
other tasks assigned by the superior.
