We expect candidates to
  • knowledge of the automotive industry (identification of truck parts will be an additional advantage);
  • knowledge of complaint procedures (warranty and guarantee) and aspects of complaint handling will be an additional advantage;
  • good knowledge of computer and MS Office;
  • high personal culture;
  • stress resistance;
  • automotive school graduates are welcome.
The main tasks of the post holder will include
  • maintaining and supervising complaint documentation;
  • considering customer complaints and appeals in accordance with the adopted principles;
  • contact (telephone, written) with the customer regarding the processing of complaints;
  • cooperation with other departments of the company as part of the tasks performed;
  • cooperation with our suppliers, including foreign ones;
  • ongoing monitoring of warranty and guarantee complaints.
