We expect candidates to
  • knowledge of the automotive industry (identification of truck parts will be an additional advantage);
  • knowledge of complaint procedures (warranty and guarantee) and aspects of complaint handling will be an additional advantage;
  • good knowledge of computer use and MS Office;
  • high personal culture;
  • resistance to stress;
  • Graduates of automotive schools are welcome.
The main tasks of the post holder will include
  • maintaining and supervising complaint documentation;
  • handling customer complaints and appeals in accordance with adopted rules;
  • contact (telephone, written) with the customer regarding the handling of complaints;
  • cooperation with other company departments within the framework of the tasks being carried out;
  • cooperation with our suppliers, including foreign ones;
  • ongoing monitoring of warranty and guarantee claims.
