We expect candidates to

knowledge of the automotive industry (identification of truck parts will be an additional advantage);
knowledge of complaint procedures (warranty and guarantee) and aspects of complaint handling will be an additional advantage;
good knowledge of computer and MS Office;
high personal culture;
stress resistance;
automotive school graduates are welcome.

The main tasks of the post holder will include

maintaining and supervising complaint documentation;
considering customer complaints and appeals in accordance with the adopted principles;
contact (telephone, written) with the customer regarding the processing of complaints;
cooperation with other departments of the company as part of the tasks performed;
cooperation with our suppliers, including foreign ones;
ongoing monitoring of warranty and guarantee complaints.
